This is my first monolith here on fxhash (and the first generative version of it too).

The artwork represents the exchange of digital data, like in networks or other electronic processes.

This is a collaboration with @andrew0 who wrote the code and created the music tracks (click to start audio if it doesn’t start automatically).

There are 4 sets of moving cubes, and a total of 16 different colors, plus 4 different core cubes and 7’different backgrounds. 

Audio loops follow the different backgrounds, while percussive sounds follow the cubes cores.

All sounds are tuned to A to 432hz and are created using the Arturia library and Logic Pro DAW.

This work is part of the # CryptoArt4Children project. All proceeds from the sale of this work will be donated to Save the Children and will be used to support girls and boys and families fleeing the war. 

The Lost Clods series is about people who did not survive. For various reasons they have not been able to move forward or have not been able to organize themselves to create a new life.
In this case the Clod represents, in an almost dreamlike way, how children find themselves in situations such as war. The loss of their whole world such as games, friends, parents and then abandonment and finally the loss of life itself. Difficult situations to deal with even for adults, in which you can do nothing but give help and a little affection, trying to heal a minimum of wounds that are difficult to heal.

Mental Pathways is a graphical representation of our thoughts. As our thoughts, each trail needs to follow a path from one point to another in order to complete itself and arrive at its final solution or understanding. Sometimes the road can be short and simple, other long and complex, or even made up of different thoughts and afterthoughts. Colors are the sensations we experience while we think and each can mean different things: a state of mind, a feeling, a problem to be solved.

A new way of creating my Clods. I decided to make these works with the help of artificial intelligence. I work on many different images to get a final animation that is a collage between different styles. I don't use the images completely as they are generated by ai, but I work and transform them and add different details built from scratch without AI.
The genre is always the same and always about my Clods, but with a different graphic look!

Clod 383, like many of my other Clods, focuses on community. It describes individuals trying to rebuild a life on fragments of land left over after the destruction caused by the over-exploitation of our planet. On the Clod, differences do not exist and people try to live as a united and cohesive community, facing challenges to survive, knowing not to repeat past mistakes. In Clod 383, this message is also represented by a luminous inscription on the top, symbolising light as a contrast to shadow, which in this case also represents the deterioration of things.

You have arrived on Clod 255 and you immediately notice its oddities. The animals are unusual, but they seem to be very friendly.  You find yourself in a modern Stonhenge inside which some characters sit behind a table, like a jury. All around are warning signs and advertisements for products that are somewhat unlikely, but in the place you are in they are probably normal.

In this pack all the elements have different versions divided as follows:
Each seated character has seven colour variations.
The two front pets have 5 colour variations each.
The background has five variations.
The Clod (Room) has seven colour variations.
The table has two variations.
The side screens have three variations of advertising each.
The illuminated signs above have two variations of lettering and colour each.
The objects above the table have five variations in colour and theme.

This particular monolith is a sort of ethereal instrument, with thousands unique combinations of graphics, movement and audio.

Graphic Features:
- 11 different color scales for the moving cubes
- 9 colored backgrounds
- 7 different materials for the monolith structure
- 3 randomic layers of moving stars
- 2 bigger suns, randomly placed on the X axis, the upper one follows the music

Audio Features:
- 6 different sets of primary sounds (and scales)
- Random picking of the notes from the selected scale
- 6 different secondary sounds, played when the first cube hits the structure
- 2 different time signatures (5/4 and 7/8) following the cubes' movement

All sounds are tuned with A tuned to 432hz and are created using Logic Pro Daw and Arturia Pigments library.

Colorful guests is a series in which characters and colored details are inserted on old color photos. The photos are mainly from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The idea is to generate the contrast between black / white and color. Color is the unusual inserted into something usual. There are two basic principles of these works. The first is the possibility of reusing old abandoned images found in flea markets, giving them a new life. The second is to see what it would be like to review our past, but with living beings different from us, who however wear the same clothes as us and who live in our same environments. A sort of reflection on diversity that is often frightening. Those who live differently from us are not necessarily the enemy or the person to be avoided. Meet the 724 family!

Clod 028 is part of the Clod series. Over the past four years, I have spent time developing these creations. They represent what is left of our planet, devastated by relentless human exploitation. The implosion of our world has generated various fragments, scattered in the surrounding space. On these portions of earth, various survivors have found themselves, engaged in rebuilding a new life and reforming a civilisation. My intention is to draw attention to the uniqueness of our planet, as human beings continue to consume it immoderately.

In the past, I created the Clods through the Pixelart technique. However, I have recently taken a different approach, employing artificial intelligence as an ally in the creative process. I work on several images, which merge into a final animation, representing a heterogeneous stylistic collage. It should be emphasised that I do not just use the AI-generated images as they are, but I further modify and transform them, enriching them with separately constructed details.

Artist's Mental Studio is not merely the depiction of a physical space or tangible environment, but rather the embodiment of an idea, or better yet, a state of mind. I believe that defining the artist's studio simply as a physical place is limiting, since artistic creation, even before it takes tangible form or becomes visible, is first and foremost an abstract concept. Everything originates in the artist's mind and develops from there into the final creation. 

This work represents an unlikely digital studio, a place where ideas emerge from nothing and evolve, going through a process of metamorphosis until they reach their final realization, only to fade away and make way for new ideas. It is a continuous cycle of conception, development and transformation, where each creation is the result of an intense mental process that materializes and comes to life in the physical world, only to return to its original state of pure creative potential.
