Somnium: Prologue -  marks my directorial debut and offers a tantalizing glimpse into an upcoming collection. 

In the uncharted aftermath of a world irrevocably transformed, where the tendrils of technology have entwined themselves into the core of existence, Somnium unfolds—a haunting, lyrical voyage through the echoes of what once was. Here, the demarcations between the organic and the artificial blur, crafting a reality where beings, grasping the final threads of vitality, battle against an overwhelming tide of desolation to rekindle life in a fractured landscape.

This endeavor beckons you to traverse a dreamscape shrouded in shadows, where the interplay of darkness and fleeting luminescence weaves a tapestry of forgotten memories and tenuous hope. Each frame of Somnium stands as a silent verse, a fragment of a narrative that defies the ordinary, urging the viewer to uncover their own interpretations within its enigmatic depths.

Throughout our lives we are forced to make a certain choice, it permeates our existence, because we are preconditioned to categorise everything on black and white, good and bad, beautiful and ugly. Such categories greatly limit our perception of reality. 

Despite our tendency to embrace discrete evaluation, life isn’t a fight between two extremes, which it seems to be. 

Instead, it appears as a subtle and fragile balance between elements, existing in everlasting symbiosis with each other. 

The material chosen for the visualisation of a futuristic hero appears as an organic glass, ephemeral and fragile garment, just like our own idea of reality, representing the concept of eternal balance. Its transparency depicts the purity of a hero and reflections appear as a soul mirror. The hero finds himself in both light and dark, depending on the light scene. Optical diffractions and contrasting backgrounds serve as transitional stages in attempts to grasp the essence of reality.

It rained like cats and dogs that day, there was almost no light in the studio, because the sky was too damn gloomy. Walking for a few minutes, I managed to get wet to the skin twice. There is something special about such days when, instead of the sultry summer sun, you find yourself in a dark autumn day. We hardly talked to her, I just picked up the camera and started shooting. Second by second, without words, we understood each other. Facial expressions, looks. Steps and gait. You know when all the words fall off? They become completely unnecessary. And in this silence there are only two looks, so sensual and real. After all, it is at these moments that it becomes clear that you absolutely do not need words to talk, because the eyes speak for themselves.

Colors of Bali is an attempt to share with you the empathic experience experienced during a journey that was almost a whole month long.

This is a story about how sometimes the biggest adventures start with a cup of coffee and lead to morning surfing in 12 thousand kilometers away from home. Completely new experiences and discoveries. Getting to know insanely talented people that you just want to admire. Thefts and chases. Good and not so good, but absolutely new and incredible.

The story is that this world is so big and different that it would be very unforgivable not to try to try it all. You have a great opportunity to paint "Colors of Bali" with us!

More often it is a self-developing route in which we are only able to set the direction.

The buds gradually open, and there is a sweet smell and quietness. Something in this vast silence beckons me. I feel the wind rustling, and my body blooms. The blood flows the same scarlet color through my veins. It doesn't matter where I am, in what place and time, because everything can be created from nothing. I am the beginning, the creation. Everything is nothing, and yet, nothing is everything.
