The main algorithm used here is a combination of a neural network that has been pre-trained on a variety of (image, text) pairs and a diffusion image generation model that gradually remove noise from a first picture composed only of noise, over and over again making it clearer and more detailed

The first network will act as a kind of a guide for the second model, checking each intermediate picture and adjusting the generator's operation in one direction or another.
