First minting on hic et nunc in March 2021, OMGiDRAWEDiT is a certified Tezos OG and legend. 

He very quickly became known for his ultra-detailed illustrations with bright colour palettes. Along with other stunning illustrations, OMGiDRAWEDiT became famous in the Tezos art scene for his Bedroom Nostalgia collection . 

In September 2021, OMGiDRAWEDiT dropped Tezzardz, possibly the most iconic pfp collection on the Tezos chain. The collection sold out rapidly and the pandemonium that followed was not only legendary but one for the Tezos history books. The collection then experienced stunning secondary action that made it the highest selling pfp of all time. Tezzardz are described as anti-culture and anti-utility. Tezzardz remain one of the most sought out collectables on the chain. 

Following a break, OMGiDRAWEDiT returned with additions to his Bedroom Nostalgia series as well as other lovely illustration artworks. Be sure to check out his past and future works.

Dear Diary, on a journey we embark,
Together as one, in this digital arc.
Are you there… reading these lines?
Bound by connection, our souls are entwined.
The rollercoaster of life, it races so high,
Chaining our minds as we reach for the sky.
Notifications taunt, we're slaves to the screen,
Fear of missing out, in pursuit of the unseen.
Memes swim within, both love and disgust,
A paradoxical thrill, our minds start to rust.
We're tangled, we're lost, but oh, what a ride,
Engulfed in the frenzy, unable to hide.
Friends in abundance, tweets like sweet treats,
We gobble them up, savouring the feast.
But lurking beneath, a pit starts to grow,
An unease, a tension we all come to know.
The stomach churns, the mouth it goes dry,
Hands start to tremble, anxiety multiplies.
Caught off guard, it silently slithered,
This invisible grip that leaves us untethered.
Smash your device, break free from its sway,
Do something kind, let darkness give way.
But sir, I love NFTs, a conflicting voice,
A struggle within, a difficult choice.
So find solace in ice, take a breath, let it be,
We’ll feel right again, and find tranquility.
For one day, we'll gather on the moon's celestial shore,
A voyage through hell, but together we'll soar.

Time stands still. The game of my dreams on the console of the century. The thrill of the holidays lingers in the air. No need to go outside, ever again. 

Mum can’t call if the phones off the hook and Dad....Well Dad said I looked like a ‘pig in shit.’

Unchained in 98, is a further study into my artistic obsession with nostalgia, bootleg toys and thought provoking scenes.

I was at Art Basel Miami once, way back in 2021. 

Like most of my artworks a sample of my own story interwoven into the lines and colours. A slice of my reality against the backdrop of an art world that often feels like a masquerade ball of aesthetics and connections. 

It’s my playful jab at the seriousness with which art is often cloaked, a reminder that context is king, and content can sometimes be dethroned by perception. Especially if the collector is a millionaire. Or you’ve already climbed the mountain. Or new narratives follow the followed.

Severed fingers aside, what will you do to reach the ‘top?’ How far will you take it. Who’s orders will you follow?
MOMA text me, I don’t think the art will make it to the museum in ‘her’ mind. 

This piece is my declaration that art is not just about whom you know or the magnitude of your brand, but about the authentic stories we dare to tell. 

My time at Basel was overshadowed by a sense of impending doom, not aided by, the culture I found on Miami Beach. I hated it there, so why am I so desperate to go back?

Ultimately I suppose, this piece is not only a satirical examination of Art Basel's culture of excess but also a personal commentary on my struggle to be understood and accepted as an artist since the beginning of my career. For those that see past the obvious in the lines colours and aesthetic and look deeper, thank you for getting me to places I never dreamed I could go.
