 On the right, the “BUT” side embodies the enduring value of provenance. A scroll details the journey of ownership through various ERC standards and dates, emphasizing the legacy and authenticity associated with earlier chains and tokens. 

The phrase “Mfers do what we want” underscores the artist’s belief in autonomy, freedom, and self-determination. This piece invites viewers to reflect on the value of blockchain provenance versus the thrill of innovation—do we prioritize the history and authenticity of what we own, or the cutting-edge of technology?

Rememe This Collection

Description:  
Rememe This is a challenge-based "competition" with the goal of getting more people to create art. The challenge focuses on internet memes and new ways of interpreting them.  
Each challenge starts with a color palette composed of 4 colors, the only ones allowed in the pieces each participant will create.  
Based only on the color palette, participants decide if they are willing to join. Only then will they know which popular internet meme they will rememe.  
There's one unbreakable rule: no black and white are allowed in the pieces. This not only forces participants to reshape how they see their creation processes, but makes for art that is more considered, colorful, and layered.

After all pieces have been submitted within the deadline, they are shared for voting on Twitter/X.  
The piece with the most likes gets minted into this collection with a frame and creator identification. Remaining pieces go straight to the Based Rememes collection, where they'll get minted too.

Rememe This is a call for more people to create and leave their mark on a space they have helped grow and improve.  
We thank every person who has been up for the challenge, has participated, supported the creators, and accompanies this wholesome journey.

The Means' main goal is to document and register one of WEB3's most respected and followed voices, Punk6529. We've done that by combining direct quotes with the art in The Memes collection, creating new pieces that enhance what's said with an image that relates to it.

Now, we've taken a new approach and, in the process, onboarded a traditional illustration artist to the WEB3 space. It's our pleasure to present Jorge Brito (@j_illustrating) and his incredible free hand illustration art. With him, we have been able to transmit a different vision of the wisdom Punk6529 shares. While still documenting Punk6529's presence and the main happenings in the NFT and crypto space, we have now added an extra layer of meaning to what we do - our imagination and the imagery the quotes conjure in us. We hope you enjoy the result of this incredible collab with one of the most naturally talented artists we know and the tribute we're paying to someone who never gives up on what they know to be true.
