A sudden plan always become fruitful. My friend was going to Shimla with his family and asked me if I want to join him. First I ignored but then I said that lets go. 
It was a hot and humid day with no clouds and I was a bit sad on my way that I wont be able to get images that I had in my mind. After taking some rest in my hotel, I saw some clouds during sunset and took some time lapses and came back to my room. While heading out for dinner, I saw a starry night and was again a bit upset that there will not be any clouds in the morning for sunrise. But when I got up in the morning, I just look from my room's window that it rained during early morning. I thought that the sunrise is missed today but when I went near the church, I saw the clouds were playing hide and seek. The weather became so pleasant and after waiting for sometime, Church started becoming visible during which I got this beautiful image.

Hide and Seek

Kalpa is a small village above Reckong Peo in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh and this place is known for its apple orchards. Kalpa is a village with a history of ancient temples. The top building seen in the image is the beautiful Sapni Fort, renowned for its exceptional architecture and wonderful surroundings.

The mountainous road that leads to this place is very muddy and quite dangerous too. While I was traveling to this place, it was raining heavily. The rain continues after reaching this place. I was a bit saddened as I was not able to go out to shoot this place. Next day when I got up, I saw the rain had stopped and it was completely cloudy during which I got this beautiful Fort of Kalpa captured amidst clouds.

I had a plan to visit Taj Mahal during winters to capture some unique frames when the sun rises during foggy weather. But the weather is all about luck. It was my 4th visit but was not lucky enough to witness the dense fog. So I started exploring other places. I found a point where I can see this boat that is taking people from one place to another making them to witness the Taj from the holy river Yamuna. This image was clicked when the Sun was rising, giving it a warm tone on one side and the cool on the other. So never get disappointed at that time, take a deep breath, think and get the best one that is available in front of your eyes at that moment.
