Over the years, a woman's body was seen as a sexual object, and in the story of Aphrodite, she eventually turned into an anemone flower because of her sexual interests, so that we do not forget that love is not a sin, even if it does not fit into our mental molds.

These experiences are sometimes suppressed by the people around them or they have to hide it. This painting is the image of my feelings during this period.

Self-Reflective

In this painting, you witness the union of the goddesses from the two hemispheres. The two sisters are looking for freedom. And until the Day of World Peace, they will not stop trying.
The goddess you see in the background is the sun goddess who gives love and light to the whole planet without looking at her, and in the foreground, you see the OXY goddess who has given the sun goddess more power and light with her presence.
The background painting that I drew was first drawn with colored pencil and watercolor, and then completed in Corel Painter and connected to my dear An1's painting.


Goddesses of Freedom

Women's hair is often seen as a symbol of their beauty, but its significance varies across cultures and regions. In Iran, women have had to fight for the freedom to let their hair down. This struggle for hair freedom is just one step towards achieving greater social freedoms and fulfilling bigger demands.

She is a woman whose duty is to shine light and stamp on the earth. She grieves in the face of inequality and injustice. This sadness is killing her. She doesn't sit still.  She sacrifices her femininity. This is the custom of gods and goddesses. Silence is not allowed.

Lilith, or Lili, was Adam's first wife. A woman who was equal to Adam in evolution. In mythology, it is said that this evolution caused Lili to disobey God and not prostrate before Adam, and for this reason, she was expelled from Paradise. Then Lili went to Satan. 
This painting is based on this story.
It is a combination of self-reflection and the story of Lili, which in my opinion, in every woman, is a Lili. A woman who is equal to her husband and is not willing to obey.

I took this photo from a rock concert in Tehran. Taken with the Nikon D 7200.
Rock is illegal in Iran as a genre. Singers and enthusiasts of this genre usually work underground. But sometimes, like this concert, they can operate in small halls with special conditions.

For me, this photo is an image of the rise of art. In Iran, art is very oppressed. The artists cannot display all of themself and their art.  Rock music is also very limited, unfortunately.
