Part 1
                  Antelope canyon was a time of transformation. I realized at that moment photography was more than just a hobby. In 2014 I went on a trip with a brother I just met. It was a time of confusion, pain, love and healing.  Looking through the lens I saw My family interact with a brother I always wanted, yet I was jealous.  I didn't understand. 
 As we entered the canyon I was struck with amazement, awestruck!
The thousands of years, exposed in shades on the cavern wall, for all to see in all its glory. I started to understand how everybody else must feel. Entertaining a stranger, they kept secret from me. JUST ME! WOW that must be awkward, only because I Appear content. But the stranger is like the water that carved this cavern. An immovable force, unavoidable.

As we Made our way through the canyon it got darker. The Walls were harder to see, Yet oddly I could see my son playing with his cousin, a joy I had always dreamed of, and it lit the entire world up! I started trying stage photo ops, and getting them to pose. As I glanced up I felt as if I was looking into a mirror, The shock or excitement. I didn't understand back then, He was just as scared. On a trip across country with strangers, in the middle of nowhere. 
 I was clouded with my own emotions, No time for my younger brother. Continued taking photos, ignoring the opportunity that laid before me. Its one thing to talk about, read about but how are you seriously supposed to process that? My mother kept me, why not you? Why are you here, is it money? are you stealing my family? This doesn't make sense? Am i being a dirt bag? HELP

"Evolution" is a symbol of transformation from simple doodles and photos, to expressing what words cannot for me. 
Everything is connected. The journey has been long and hard, but what journey isn't? The cosmos are humbling, in every aspect and  necessary to remember, we are delicate. 
The process used to create this utilized multiple mediums and tools symbolizing my growth. 
What you see here is a centipede, broccoli and a hint of imagination! 

Art transforms the soul in a way that is necessary for humans to evolve.  Language is not limited to words. 





Evolution

Fungi is a very misunderstood organism. If only humans would feed their curiosity more than their fear, the world would be a better place! Spread Love its Free.
