Simurgh is the symbol of reborn and recreating individually and also socially!! In the distant past the mankind has used its surrounding in order to satisfy its needs and questions and by the time that felt it is needed, has done extraordinary things which where beyond its capacity, like wondering through the secrets of the unseen world which resulted into creating imaginary creatures. These new born creatures represent pure human beings which are against the ignorance and old fashion thinking. In the Shahnameh, simurgh is described as a bird who lived among the humans on the Alborz mountain, but there is a conflict between the researchers about the characteristics of this creature, some see it as an evil bird or a sage while others believe that it’s a benefactor and kind creature!! Moreover from the point of view of others it is also considered as a character which has the capacity of great metamorphosis, but in this part of the collection, the Simurgh will transform to be transparent after burning itself and the reborn!! 
Yes in the second part id the collection, on the contrary to the first part you won’t see much colorful designs it is more of the gray and black and also these birds seem to have fighter’s vibes!!
