Mark is a Milanese portrait artist, fashion photographer and a visual artist in every sense of the word. For more than 10 years he has been working in the world of professional photography.

Born in Italy, he studied painting at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. Passionate about the visual arts, travelling the world has allowed him to draw inspiration from many diverse cultures.

Mark's self-expression and creative photographic style stands out for his ability to capture raw emotions and moments over time. Working primarily in portraits and fashion, he has worked with some of the biggest names, international magazines and faces in the industry, including Gigi and Bella Hadid, Willem Dafoe, Vincent Cassel, Fendi, Moschino, Dolce & Gabbana, Salvatore Ferragamo, Vanityfair, GQ, Vogue, Rollingstone, Citizen K and more.

In the NFT world, Mark expresses himself with an alter ego, under the pseudonym of DarkMarkArt.

I entered the web3 space full of wonder, the exciting possibilities helped me overcome a treacherous expanse of despondency in my life. I never expected to be so heavily drawn into the art side of the space but here I am. Some art I acquire because the piece commands me so, while others I hoard because I simply want to collect from a beautiful soul; and, sometimes, because I find a work to be technically or contextually intriguing.

The permanence of the Distributed Ledger Systems combined with the inter-connectivity of social medias, has created a community the likes of which has never existed, entrenched in a vast inter-webbing cultural landscape . I still don't know my role in this space, but I do know that all instruction given or received by way of argument proceeds from pre-existent knowledge.
