'The Tempest' is thought to be Shakespeare’s final play, and also his most magical, set on an enchanted island. It has the elements of love as the two youngsters Miranda and Ferdinand feel attracted and declare their sincere love for each other. There is such a beautiful nobility in the purity of Miranda, the way she loves and cherishes and sees humanity at its fullest potential.
We all grew up in different societies where eyes were on us, where we were pressured, in most cases, to live a life that didn't suit us. 'Society' is a piece that talks about not only inequalities, pressures, devaluation that come from societies but it also portrays clearly the damage it's doing to the girl child. Girls are still circumcised in some parts of Africa. This is barbaric and inhumane. The girl child is crying out for help. Some of her people's cultural practices are destroying her.

This Photograph is from one of the most unique and vanishing festival called “Charak Gajan” which dates back to 300+ years. Its on the verge of vanishing as it is celebrated in only one place in India and in the whole world. It is celebrated in the state of West Bengal in India and in only few villages ( approximately 12-15 villages).
In the name of self penance , the worshippers pierce themselves with rods. They believe that piercing themselves will lead to enlightenment and will wipe off all their pains. They pray to god that they attain moksha through the pain inflicted by the rods.
The festival of Charak Gajan is related to Tantric Buddhism. Charak Gajan started as a celebration by the Buddhist community which was known as "Dharmer Gajan" and later when this was adopted by the Hindus it became known as "Shiber Gajan".
The people who follow the rituals of the Charak Gajan festival are mainly devotees of Lord Shiva and are respected in society.
The Gajan celebration is performed signifying the marriages of male forces Siva, Nil or Dharmaraj with their respective consorts. It basically signifies the union of the sun & earth. The Gajan festival is considered to be a very powerful festival. People also believe that the festival will bring prosperity and will eliminate them from the sorrows and sins of the last year.
"Happiness is like a butterfly, the more you chase it, the more it will elude, but if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder." Henry David Thoreau.
I break all my idols To pave the way for you...
“I was a man who thrived on solitude; without it I was like another man without food or water. Each day without solitude weakened me. I took no pride in my solitude; but I was dependent on it. The darkness of the room was like sunlight to me.” Bukowski
Golden days, sunrays, and blue skies. I emphasize warm weather and the fact that sunlight provides me a mental high. Sunshine and gold rhymes. Nothing can make me feel better than being on cloud nine. Let it be known that you have an impact on my soul. You are the only thing I allow to begin my day. To be honest, I wouldn't have it any other way!
By design, sunlight is a lifeline. Oh, how I wish I could have you with me all the time! Sunshine You give me the freedom to concentrate on each new adventure. I put on my sunglasses and you accompany me while I drive around town. I can feel your warm heat as I go down the street. Oh sunshine! please shine down on me

No matter the supreme being we worship, there’s one thing that is significant to them all. They are all representations of love, purity and holiness. In connecting our minds, bodies and spirits to their love, purity and holiness, we are redeemed from condemnation and deemed a better place after life. Halo Orisha (holiness of the Yoruba deities ) is meant to remind us that there are true believers who still worship the yoruba deities and other gods but that doesn’t make thier souls damned to condemnation. All gods demand love, purity, holiness and obedience from us. So no matter who we worship, we are all still the same in soul and spirit as long as we are true believers.

The diversity of creative expression that I've observed whilst collecting for the PAC has been astonishing. I have seen the full spectrum of the human condition through these extraordinary works of art, and I hope for many years to come people will understand the fluidity and importance of artistic endeavours that have been made accessible and scalable through smart contract technology.

The Gajan festival is mostly conducted on the premises of a Shiva Temple. The people who celebrate the festival are called Gajan Sanyasis. Before the festival, they keep on worshipping Lord Shiva and live on alms given by other people. The Gajan sanyasis follow strict restrictions. They can't sit on bare ground. The Gajan sanyasis can't cut their hair or nail or shave and have to eat extremely simple food like Fruits, Milk, and Rice. They can't eat any flesh or fish. They must live a life of discipline and penance.
