TOAD DAO is here to acquire CrypToadz & secure continuous funding to proliferate the Toad meme, strengthen the Toad community & build Toadish infrastructure.
A DAO not born out of nowhere, but rather an extension of Gremplin's CrypToadz with the goal of elevating both communities. We plan on having skin in the game by continuously acquiring CrypToadz and thus being literally invested in the success of both projects, while positioning ourselves as the extension of CrypToadz & not a simple derivative collection.
A distinct & simple design for TOAD DAO - Blank bodies, the Toad-adjusted Noggles you know and love from the original collection & vibrant backgrounds. Both the Noggles and backgrounds with colors taken after the existing Nouns DAO ones, with each Toad coming with one single extra attribute.
Not only to differentiate ourselves from the original CrypToadz collection, but also to symbolize a move out of the swamp & into the world through a sleek and modern design, while staying true to the roots: The CrypToadz by Gremplin, which have already become a historical NFT collection.
While TOAD DAO evolves, gets more funding & is able to acquire more CrypToadz over time, we slowly shift our focus from buying CrypToadz, to proliferating the meme, building on top of the IP & funding Toadish talent.
