A one-off piece for the #teztrash event, "Container" is an abstraction of shipping containers, representing humanity's endless need for consumption and waste. That which appears beautiful may hide an ugly truth within.

90% of goods traded globally travel by cargo ship. Goods are produced in one country, shipped across the world in containers, purchased, thrown away as trash, which is often shipped overseas again, eventually ending up in landfill.

A special edition one-of-one Mishin, auctioned for the Tezos #1of1 event in July 2022. The "Bashofu" palette takes inspiration from the craft of Japanese bashō banana fibre cloth.
