I have always been a big fan of cultures, especially Eastern ones. In 2016 I found the combination of pixel art and traditional paintings and elements as a bridge between past and present, ancient and modern life and I started my Persian miniature pixelated journey.

The film was accepted into 14 international animation film festivals, and in 2021, Pakniyat converted parts of it into NFTs.

In Islamic tradition, this motif is more closely related to the Mi'raj, the Prophet Muhammad's night journey to Jerusalem and his ascension to the heavens. There’s another phase of my art which is dedicated to Pepe. As an NFT artist I think the culture of NFTs is what keeps us around each other. So I decided to show my loyalty to the space by translating Pepe into my own style.

Also Pepes are historical and meaningful in so many aspects like social protests, political movements etc. So it’s somehow one of a kind of cultural roots which I’m interested in. Therefore I tried to tell stories with pixelated pepes to stabilise my existence in the NFT space.

There’s always been a great intention toward Japanese and Far East culture inside of me. As my genesis NFT was a piece inspired by the Shibuya crossing.
