During a fascinating tour of the Falaise Museum, this classic was one of the first things to catch your eye.

Little bit of a background... Falaise was a mansion owned by Harry Guggenheim. Harry was great friends with Charles Lindbergh. This 1968 Ford Falcon was owned by Lindbergh.

I've been to my fair share of beaches throughout my life. But this is the first time I've ever seen a sand hill in front of a lifeguard stand. As chance would have it; I saw it put in use, as a lifeguard quickly/easily ran down it to go and rescue someone. Maybe an ingenious idea after all.

Noted as the final night launch of NASA's Space Shuttle program. There were a few daytime launches after this. But this was the last time the shuttle lit up the night sky.

New York City Subway

On March 24, 2022, 14-year old Tyre Sampson died after falling from his seat while riding the Orlando FreeFall attraction. Next to the attraction, a memorial is setup in remembrance of the Missouri native. Not only have candles been placed, and are continuously lit; but there are markers for visitors to use to leave messages on the sidewalk.

Proceeds will be donated to GoodSports.org.

I normally don't see these little guys in such a beautiful green.... at least not when I have my camera around. So when he was right outside my front door, I definitely couldn't resist stalking him for a bit.
