Tara Donovan
Tara Donovan is perhaps the most important and emblematic living process artist.
Her works bend ordinary objects and ideas into profound structures.
In collaboration with Digital Practice, Artblocks, and Pace Verso, QWERTY is her first NFT project
QWERTY #54 is a personal favorite and I think an excellent example of the series.
The underlying character is easily discernable, it even asks a question. The horizontal phase is so subtle one can only see it while squinting or from far away.
Staring into 54 is a meditation.

232
#232 and #301 are good reminders of the randomness underlying generative art. These are two of just five pieces using the minus sign (-) and yet with all of the horizontal and vertical wave possibilities, we end up with identical pieces.
Certainly there were constraints on the back end to restrict "boring" outputs, in this case probably having to do with total black space on the canvas influencing density dependent on the volume of the character. A period, for example, with the same character map as #54 above wouldn't quite fit with series
