this is very memorable shot as i packed my gear and headed out to shoot this spot with my brother
as we get here i realize my batteries are on the charger at home
couldn't have more lucky to be with my  brother who offered me his camera for a couple shots and this is the one i captured

posted all over most of our beaches, these signs stand as warnings to protect our dunes. these dunes are the homes to lots of native species of plants and small beach critters  
please protect their homes like we do ours!

as gentle as can be, the waves glide over the shore and tumble back little rocks and shells back out to sea.  the footprints and imperfections in the sand vanish as each wave washes them away

as the sun was setting, i was just in awe at the glow and the way the sunlight reflected off the water, the rock, and sand

as i was leaving i knew i wanted to capture this exit booth. as i walked over, this seagull swooped over and posed for my photograph.  the gull definitely knew what was going on, added the perfect touch to the mood

As a kid, I grew up in the middle of Massachusetts and it was our family tradition to take a trip down to a beach in Rhode Island for our family getaway.  The memories and the love for these trips is what led to my decision of choosing to capture this area.  There’s a release of emotion from the crashing sound of the waves or when the radiant beams of the sunlight on your skin.  I wanted to capture those moments and feelings in time.  In my project, my goal is to evoke the same love for our coast and be able to share a part of my peace with you.  With each photograph, I hope to transfer the tranquility and the calmness.  There is a love and feeling that we all get when we interact with our coastlines which inspired and birthed this series, The Sea I See.

I will be donating a portion of the funds to [Save The Bay](https://www.savebay.org/) which protects the Narragansett Bay
