City of Dreams Chapter 6: Oceans of Pain is an audio-visual poem. 

I was born a child of the confluence of three different worlds.  
Hundreds of generations later and none of us have ever climbed a single rung on the socioeconomic ladder. 

Now, you may say that we aren't trying hard enough, perhaps that is the case. 

Or maybe everything is designed to keep piling the weight of every thing else on my mother Fuckin' shoulders. 

When I was a child, I remember hearing the screams of the crazies, the cries of my mother, the fights, the doors slammed, the glass broken, and the pop pop pop Pop goes the weasel. 

I remember the smell ;  sweet-pungent-hard-hitting-smack-you-in-the-nose as soon as you get a whiff of that good ole' piss.

That elevevator had dark pools coalescing in the corners inviting you to take a swim.

Now they say we cant swim, but we can swim. We swim in the pools of regret, we swim in the seas of nips, and we swim in the oceans of pain. Pain, what you know bout pain?
