This was taken from Youngstown, New York at Fort Niagara beach.
I have been to Toronto a number of times and really love the ever-growing city. When the weather is right, there is a great view of the skyline from both up the Lewiston hill or the Youngstown shore. Other times when the weather doesn't cooperate, it is almost as if there is no city there.
This night was beautiful. The color was very deep and unique this evening and I was very happy with the shots I came away with. It was the first time I had gotten to shoot in a while so I took my time. Later on I learned that I took the photos while my wife was looking for the car keys that were in my camera bag!

This is a 51 second exposure with ISO 400 24mm f/8.0 using a B+W 10-stop ND filter. It is titled "Its Roar Awoke the Sun" and was my first photo ever selected and featured on Google Chrome garnering over 32 million views.
It was one of the first shots I created that I felt could be considered World class.

A long exposure taken shortly after sunrise at my family camp. I have been going here since I was a young child so it is very satisfying to be able to capture some of its beauty in a photo.
Processed into a stark black and white to really show the rock textures contrasting with the soft water. Being able to slow down and take in the morning warmth from a sunrise is a glorious experience I highly recommend to anyone.
Located on the Raquette River in the Adirondacks.

Taken at Buffalo Central Terminal. It was the largest railroad station in the world when it opened in 1929. The terminal was built and operated by the New York Central Railroad and served as a major transportation hub for the city of Buffalo and the surrounding region.  
The design of Buffalo Central Terminal is a stunning example of Art Deco architecture, featuring a 17-story office tower and a concourse that spans over 500 feet in length. The interior of the terminal was adorned with decorative elements, including intricate metalwork and impressive ceiling murals.  
In 1979, after years of decline, the terminal was closed to the public. Despite efforts by preservationists and the local community to save the building, it fell into a state of disrepair. However, there have been ongoing restoration efforts and initiatives to revitalize the terminal and its surrounding area.

To celebrate keeping the hat on, I teamed up with my 11 year old son to make a DEGEN hat on paper with paint markers. He is a very talented young artist and I am thrilled to get some of his work on the blockchain. The plan was to draw the hat, get it on the computer, then replace it with TxtPxls®. The final design touches both the artistic and geek side of web3.
