In flux. Digital art, among many things, allow artists to play with time in a way not really possible before. In that way, moving art may be the strongest differentiator to the traditional art world
This can take the form of constant evolution, only really possible through code

or that of perfectly seamless loops
or perhaps, something moving so slow, or through such a long timespan, that whether it loops or not cannot readily be discerned
it might also reflect time by being linked back to our own temporal realm
