Description

Write a song about a group of friends grappling with creative anxieties, the pressures of making a living in a capitalist system, and the blurry line between artistic inspiration and theft, underscored by recurring bizarre shared memories and dreams, including "A showing me his bra in the bathroom", a weird metal object found in the woods, a shared nightmare in a Japanese Ryokan, and breaking windows at the sugar shack. Include references to specific quotes like "monkey brains trying to understand infinity", "meat speakeasies where you'd need a password to get in", "people would be trading steaks like cryptocurrency", and "next they'll say vegetables are secretly killing us lol". The song should explore the tension between the desire for creative freedom and the need for financial stability, touching on the challenges of the modern "portfolio career" and the feeling of being "stressed out ants in the capitalism colony". Finally, the song should culminate in a reflection on a shared experience listening to Lou Reed while driving, highlighting the transformative power of music and memory.
