Description

The dendritic grain structure of an aluminum-magnesium alloy etched with Keller's Reagent and heat-treated at 500°C takes the form of abstract tree branches or coral formations. As lush forest green fluid flows along the dendritic branches, fiery orange liquid fills the gaps between them, creating a vibrant, high-contrast scene that evokes the natural beauty of trees or coral. The interplay between vibrant colors and dendritic structure captured using a Nikon Eclipse LV100N POL microscope.
