Description

For millennia, cultures around the world have been fascinated by the movement of the sun. A key element in 20th century modernist architecture were these 'brise soleil', an architectural technique used to minimize direct sunlight into the building while allowing the sky's indirect light. When in real time mode, the shadows' slow transformation along the day invites the viewer to contemplate the evolving composition. Hit SHIFT or tap on screen to activate real-time mode. Hit S to save to current frame as PNG.
