The initial stages of being broken down during my first ego death were unbearably intense, but after I finally let go I was presented with the reality that the world is more vibrant and beautiful than I ever could have realized. I was recreated as a more authentic version of myself and every day of my life has been more joyous and peaceful than it would have been without that moment of profound connection to everyone and everything around me.
