Ride It Like You Stole It

Description

When I was a kid, my favourite game was the areca palm leaf race. Areca palms have these long leaves with a big leathery leaf sheath. The game needs at least 4 people to form teams of two. A teammate would sit on the leaf sheath while the other person pulled the leaf. The rules were just the basic ones like most of the other races. It was not a comfortable ride since every stone and pebble could be felt while you were sitting on the leaf sheath. We sometimes chose the harshest terrains for the race. And we got hurt time after time. But it was all worth it. I just wish that every kid in the world had friends to play the areca palm leaf race. Fun fact - In the old days, no young areca palm leaves sang farewell songs for the fallen ones. Dimensions- 3600x2466 pixels Size- 5.16 Mb Tool- Photoshop
