Celebrating 2 years in web3, I put my heart and my soul into my photography work each day and continually show up in the hope of bettering myself. This is a symbol of my love for deep-sky astrophotography. This is a 4 panel mosaic captured from my garden in Scotland with a telescope and dedicated astronomy camera. With a total integration time of 15 hours, each panel was calibrated, stacked and stitched together to create a RAW image and then processed in PixInsight and finished off in Photoshop. The Heart Nebula is an emission nebula 7500 light years from Earth. It is located in the constellation of Cassiopeia. It was discovered by William Herschel on the 3rd of November 1787. It displays glowing ionized hydrogen gas and darker dust lanes. The nebula's intense red output and its morphology are driven by the radiation emanating from a small group of stars near the nebula's center. This open cluster of stars contains a few bright stars nearly 50 times the mass of the Sun. The shape of the nebula is driven by stellar winds from the hot stars in its core. The Soul Nebula is also an emission nebula located in the constellation of Cassiopeia.
