A stunning scene unfolded before me as I saw the grand Mt.Kanchenjunga range beneath a starry sky of a million stars. It was a cold night, in Pelling, Sikkim. Very cold. I've never photographed stars before, like ever. This would be my first try. And it wasn't easy especially with frozen trembling hands. And standing out, on wet grass, on a super cold night to have my first taste in astrophotography, was truly worth it. And I wasn't even wearing any socks. My feet were cold, figuratively and literally. But the cold was no match for the warm feeling inside me. It was sight, the moon was behind me, and the moonlight shone on the gentle giant, and the stars looked over it. About the artist: I am a 20 year old engineering student with a passion for travelling and photography, entering the world of NFTs to make the dream of being an artist come true. My love for photography stems from my immense love of travelling, inherited from my father and further inspired his friends, who were all mountaineers. My passion for photography took a turn when I got my first DSLR in October 2020 and I really started focusing on photography. This is only the beginning of my journey and I hope you join me in it.
