Description

"Into the Deep" Captured at one of my local beaches, Marmion beach in Perth. The Story - Back in 2017 during whale migration season, this mother and calf decided to stop by Perth for a few days. I knew this was a rare opportunity so I went on a few missions to try find them. My friend Alex and I were driving up the coast looking for them for a few hours when we finally stumbled upon a group of people gathered by the shore. We could see the whales only 100 metres from the shore so we quickly got the drones ready and as soon as we saw them on our cameras, we were blown away. The water was giving some crazy light patterns and the sand clouds in the water started creating a mysterious, dreamy look. This photoshoot is still my favourite to date. Edition - 1/1
