Description

Vivid Colours In Your Eyes is a musical project that was released on October 23rd, 2020. The premise of the EP was that each song was to be written and produced around the concept of a colour. I have “synesthesia” which is a neurological condition where stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway (for example, hearing) leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in a second sensory or cognitive pathway (such as vision). To put it simply: I see sounds! There are so many different types of synesthesia and from my understanding, individuals have described seeing sounds in a very different way than I do. Since synesthesia plays a huge role in how I write, produce and listen to music, I wanted to create an artistic representation of my relationship with music through the experience of having synesthesia. Vivid Colours In Your Eyes is a collection of six individual songs that are brought together, not through a progressive story, but through a visual piece of art that is connected to them. The Vivid Colours In Your Eyes NFT Collection is an expansion of the original project that was released in 2020. Each NFT acts as an “Access Pass” to unlockable content that is connected through a hidden link. In addition to all of the unlockable content, I have created a special 16 page “Digital Booklet” that breaks down how synesthesia played a role in the creation of each song, showcases never before seen artwork, and even talks about secret easter eggs and stories behind the music. Whether you are a collector, musician, artist, or just a fan of the music, this NFT collection offers a variety of different utilities with three different levels of rarity. 93 Foundation NFTs, 6 1/1s specific to each song on the EP and 1 special Golden NFT.
