Lady Rain

Collection

Untitled Collection #252906009

Description

Lady Rain Location: Peninsula Sustipan Split, Croatia Year taken: 2016 Edition 35/35 The scene of a lonely female silhouette under an umbrella is perfectly framed by a sloping canopy that complements and defines the entire frame. The accentuated contrast of thick, dark shadows of the bright, restless sky exudes the aesthetics of film noir, sadness and melancholy that one can experience most deeply in the solitude of a rainy day, on the border of heaven and earth, on the shores of a stormy sea.
