Description

Living World Photos Collection Edge of the Universe Edition 1/1 Artist: Shaun Stewart During a recent trip to Garibaldi Park in BC, my friend and I camped on the summit of Panorama Ridge to photograph the stars. When we reached the top of the ridge we were amazed to see we were surrounded by a cloud inversion in all directions! After staying awake nearly the entire night shooting photos of the milky way I woke early to photograph the pink dawn light illuminating the mountains. This animated photograph is a blend of the milky way image shot during the night and the scene that unfolded at dawn before sunrise.
