I've always dealt with worry in some form or another, and as I grew into life, so did my anxiety. So when I need to bring myself down from the imaginary cliffs, the immortal lyrics of Bob Marley's "Three Little Birds" play back in my head, a mantra and reminder that every little thing is going to be alright. These three little birds represent landmark periods of my life, periods of struggle, growth, fear, and joy, that when put together are a simple but elegant reflection of my short time on this planet.
