#25: Aquatic Friends

Description

Typically on the island going out into the lagoon by boat was a huge tourist attraction. We made friends with a few of these companies that would normally take tourists out. Since there were no tourists on the island and they had nothing to do, they loved inviting us out for fun joyrides and explorations. One morning we were out on the boat and a pod of dolphins approached us. We hopped in the water and our newfound curious friends started swimming all around us, checking us out. For about half an hour these beautiful creatures hung out with us and put on a show. Even our friends that took us out explained that this was incredibly lucky as the dolphins don’t usually hang around for so long. Their theory was that because the waters had been so quiet, the dolphins were more open to inviting us into their pod. Edition: 1/1
