Description

A continuation to my genesis, the journey of my unfounded passion for photography was and still is a bumpy ride. In this photograph, unknown footprints can be seen trekking up a large sand dune. The waviness of the dune rippling through the distance creates a sense of movement, instability and thus symbolises the twists and turns of my journey. The footprints seems small in comparison to the vast expanse of the dune, highlighting the idea of taking small incremental steps marking the progress on our journey and life.  The gradient sky above of dark to light, with deep grey hues blending into silver light in the distance. This represents the hope and promise of a better future, even when things seems dark and uncertain. It is with these small steps we take in life, that progress is often made one step at a time. With the determination and perseverance, our goals will be achieved in the end.
