Blorgg Honklorph Malfonxia by LoVid

Description

*Blorgg Honklorph Malfonxia* is a collection of photoscans and maximalist hexed glitches. Working with overgrown bamboo roots from LoVid’s home, the artists created high-resolution images by tweaking light, motion, and placement directly on the scanner bed. Each photoscan was then glitched using custom hex-editing software vibe-coded by LoVid. Using iterative outputs and recursive glitching, ten digital offspring/mutants were selected from each original photoscan. *The Blorgg* embodies LoVid’s love of chance and chaos, intuition and control, and colorful blurring of boundaries between the natural and the technological as the fusion melts into vibrant hybridity.
