For all their gravity, the greatest men and most wonderful women are still forged within a matrix of meaninglessness. Their most significant contributions still born of necessity and inevitable terror. They craft purpose from potential and achieve to spite the void of irrelevance. Perhaps, in this most energetic epoch, it is humanity's first responsibility to seek vision? As witnesses of true nature we might magnify our intention by the compass of our morality and create from the fountain of wisdom that precedes our manifest experience. Before all failing earthbound solutions we ought to fix our eyes upon that which comes first, the substrate of our being, the engine of our animated mind. Are we capable and worthy enough to accept the responsibility of our humanness and to thrive despite the hand we've been dealt? Can we believe that goodness awaits us and maintain the discipline necessary to unleash it? It is true that within every crisis hides the potential of opportunity and the valley of the end is the beginning of beginnings. Can we live like we are approaching the event horizon of heaven or will we succumb to the outer darkness? I, for one, believe we will make it.
