Drawing on the concept of "turtles all the way down," this piece serves as the final evolution of themes first explored in earlier works. Inspired by Sasha Stile's poem, Ars AutoPoetica, and the visuals from Trevor Jones' Bitcoin Angel, these themes form the foundation of the initial artwork. The integration of Hackatao's poem and visuals brings new dimensions of artistic introspection, examining the essence of an artist drawing inspiration from predecessors and what it means to be creative in our modern world. It's a testament to the cycle of creativity, a progression of ideas and inspirations passed from one artist to the next, akin to an endless pile of turtles, one perched atop another supporting the world. In the same way that the turtles support those above them, each artist's work is built upon the foundation laid by those who came before. This artistic lineage, unbroken and enduring, testifies to the resilience of human creativity, forming a chain of inspiration that stretches back through history and propels us forward into the future. This piece was created following the AI Art Hackathon from MakersPlace at NFC Libon, 2023.It is an evolution of Artistic Echoes and Creative Lineage, which contain elements from Sasha Stiles, Trevor Jones, and Hackatao, while still preserving elements of illustrata’s style and imagery. illustrata created the artwork with uniquely crafted text prompts and her own visual creations using Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Topaz Photo AI. The final work is a composite of several renders.
