Rare photo of Yung Lean and Bladee in concert together from 12/03/14. Yung Lean was touring his debut studio album, Unknown Memory. Yung Lean (Jonatan Leandoer Håstad) had a gargantuan influence on today's rap landscape. He is a founding member of the "cloud rap" genre, standing alongside other pioneers like Lil B, Spaceghostpurrp, Main Attrakionz, A$AP, Friendzone, Chief Keef, and Clams Casino. His music features lush synthesizers richly layered over dark booming kick drums, and is reminiscent of the landscape and architecture of his native Sweden. Alongside Bladee and the rest of the Sad Boys gang, Yung Lean paved the way for such rappers as Playboi Carti and Lil Uzi Vert, who are at the forefront of the genre today.
