A hyper-digital brutalistic structure disintegrates to reveal the simple shapes that compose the whole. Hard edges and surfaces contrast with harmonic colours and tangible textures, depth and feel. Folded Sequence is a generative, orientation agnostic series in 3:4/4:3 format, an indirect continuation of toiminto's genesis piece "Augmented Sequence”. It continues toiminto’s aesthetic exploration of chaos as an inspiration and tool to create visual worlds that are varied, yet intrinsically linked at the same time. His artistic work is deeply influenced by algorithmic electronic music, brutalistic architecture and glitch aesthetics.
