Description

The Regalia do not see. They are seen. This is doctrine. Oraculus Circuitum wears the occlusion as sacrament. The PCB visor band was not fitted but grown, its components pressed into the cranial suture lines across years of devotional pain until bone and board became one continuous surface. Beneath it, the eyes remain. They simply no longer matter. Among the Sovereign, the Circuit Blind Oracle holds a strange authority. Its ivory skin maps the seaming, gold-traced scars following circuit paths that terminate nowhere. The lattice crown sits above this, cold and deliberate. The layered necklaces catch light that Oraculus Circuitum will never witness. What it prophesies, it has already felt conducted through the board.
