"While having dinner at a restaurant across the street, we both overlooked a multi-story building that appeared to be closed. I immediately began to wonder what I might imagine the building could become if I were to own a similar one in the future. What I dream might be a central hub for study space, and an open laboratory for visual arts, sound, and music. For people, artists, creatives, and other enthusiasts to gather and be involved in creative exploration activities. A building constantly infused with discourses and healthy experimentation, one that could align with the development of knowledge in art, music, and other fields of study.
