Description

two boys. they are two. they are boys. they are the boy and the boy. and not one before the other and not one inside the other and not the same but the sameing. they stand. they both stand. and one wears the gloves and one wears the knees. and the gloves are not for fighting and the knees are not for falling. the gloves are because of the hands and the knees are because of before. they each have shirts and each shirt tells a different sentence in a language from the future that has already expired. one shirt says “you saw this already” the other says “but not from here.” the floor is video-taped. not recorded, taped. with real tape. with rewind and friction and signal ghosts. their shoes do not touch it. they float slightly. not because they are magic but because the ground is too noisy. once the boy on the left said “if you hold start and select and don’t breathe you can time travel” the boy on the right tried it and saw a dog from when he was three and it barked in subtitles and he said “how did you know?” (but the other boy was already loading) they are in a room not a room. the wall is part code, part backdrop, part secret. the television is not showing a program. the television is remembering one. one boy has hair like a consequence. one boy has glasses like a decision. both have eyes that are half sleep half start screen. they do not move because movement is a kind of forgetting. they stay because staying is a kind of loop. and if you ask them why they’re there they will not answer they will wait for you to respawn and maybe then you’ll know stablediffusion, cellularautomata, python gif 512x672px 2,05mb 2025
