The arrival of spring and a sunrise are both signals of hope - and it always feels great to be in nature in such moments. Capturing wildflowers on sunrise is always something special. It needs many ingredients like a suitable location, being there long before sunrise, wildflowers growing at the right spot, a visible sun at sunrise - and the right amount of haze. Those greater pasque flowers [Pulsatilla grandis] are early bloomers and they announce the arrival of spring.
