Description

If you grab this 3D GLB, you will also get the 1/1 GIF inside 🎁 SPACE TEZOS ARCADE - This series consists of 20 unique works. Fragments of an ancient digital civilization seem to emerge, and we try to decipher them. This is about the relationship between digital memory, play and human imagination. Each level is a station along the journey, as if you were standing at a railway station where time has stopped and you turn inward. In the world of early video games, handheld electronic games and primitive digital displays, everything was simple...a few pixels, a few shapes, a limited number of movements. The image did not attempt to reproduce reality...it built a world from absence. Today, we are surrounded by an almost infinite amount of information, resolution, color and possibility. Early games, by contrast, revealed that imagination does not need perfect representation. Imagination works with “nothing” from what is not shown, it creates form, space, and story. It does not need finished images or predetermined narratives, but gaps, empty spaces in which it can move freely...from very little, it creates not something smaller, but an entire world. A single pixel can become a character. A few lines can become an entire world. A simple animation can create movement, time, and narrative...but...television, on the other hand, creates the image for you. Even a perfectly rendered classical painting can leave little room for imagination...it may delights you, but it does not necessarily invite you to create with your mind. A game is a simplified universe in which we accept a set of rules and then attempt to create meaning within them. For me, this is where pixel art and glitch art converge...in the space between what is given and what the imagination creates. Ps.: GL HF (good luck, have fun)
