Administrator RGB, a conceptual character, represents tinnitus in passionate discussions. This character embodies intense feelings associated with tinnitus in social situations, resonating with a sub-realistic, synesthetic approach to managing this condition.
Subrealism and synesthesia :
By combining realistic and surreal elements, I create a dreamlike atmosphere in animation, reflecting the distorted perceptions and emotions associated with tinnitus. Synesthesia, which associates colors with specific emotions, sounds or sensations, perfectly reflects this state of being. Incorporating white noise therapy, specifically tuned to 12,500 Hz, can help reduce tinnitus symptoms by distracting the brain from this frequency.
Tinnitus and sense of self :
Tinnitus affects self-perception, leading to feelings of fragmentation, disintegration, or loss of control. The RGB Administrator can be seen as a representation of the “other”, the part of the self affected by tinnitus, which can be seen as a separate entity in conflict with the individual's self-perception.
Emotional healing :
Through this subrealistic and colorful conversation, I am emotionally healing from the tinnitus that affects me. By exploring the relationship between tinnitus and sense of self, I create a thought-provoking narrative that delves into the complexities of the human experience. The RGB Administrator is a powerful symbol of the fragmented self, highlighting the emotional, psychological and existential implications of living with tinnitus.
RGB and emotional connotations :
The use of RGB, French acronym for Red, Green, Blue, is interesting. In synesthesia, these colors are often associated with specific emotions, sounds or sensations:
* Red: strong emotions, energy or anxiety
* Green: calm, balance or growth
* Blue: confidence, serenity or sadness
By adopting this persona, I recognize the emotional impact of tinnitus and create a symbolic representation of my experiences, helping me to better understand and cope with the condition, as well as communicate my feelings to others.
