Secret Lives of Vulcans 070 - Stilver places a compostable spoon into the recycle bin and gets properly dressed down by Grergod Stilver tries to do "the right thing" as it is, after all, logical to be a good steward of the environment that he and his children will live in. Anyway, he hopes to have children that might potentially be able to enjoy a healthy environment rather than an apocalyptical hellscape. If only Fim from marketing would notice him, children might someday be in his future. Perhaps it was his musings about Fim and his future family that contributed to his mistakenly dropping the compostable spoon into the recycle bin. Compostable and recyclable utensils do look remarkably similar after all. In any case, his mistake was compounded by it being observed by Grergod, a rather ill-tempered member of a rather foul-smelling alien species that has the serendipitous ability to digest plastics (making the recycling process so much more expedient on Vulcan). Unfortunately for Stilver, non-synthetic material gives Grergod (and the rest of his species) a bad case of gas and "the runs" (something neither Grergod nor Stilver wishes to experience).
