Description

Giant Sequoias Amidst Giant Sequoias in all their splendor Strolling through woods, finding my center In a blanket of freshly fallen snow Take in the quiet, let the breath gently flow Frosty ground beneath my feet Crunch with every step I meet Tiny clouds of breath in brisk air Letting go of burdens that are not mine to bear The trees so grand, so strong and high A sight to see, beneath the sky Pausing to be in this moment And feel a sense of contentment Reflecting on my life so far I'm thankful for each shining star, The paths I've trod, the joys I've known The seeds I've sown and what I've grown The forest whispers in my ear Striving to keep intentions clear It draws me closer to its heart And helps me see a brand new start And so I walk, with heart and soul Through the snow, towards my goal To live my life with love and care With gratitude beyond compare
