Description

'Amen' is a fusion of the classics—Snake, the Amen Break, and '90s jungle—brought to life through a collaboration between AI and human creativity. This interactive generative audiovisual experience has two modes: Auto and Manual. Auto mode acts like a DJ, generating tracks in real-time, while Manual mode allows more control with the arrow keys. The Amen Break is a six-second drum break from Amen, Brother by The Winstons, recorded in 1969. It’s one of the most famous drum loops in music history, widely used in hip-hop, jungle, drum and bass, breakcore, and electronic music. Best played on a desktop using a modern browser. The mobile version is limited to Auto mode. Please unmute your device to hear the sound. Audio and code by Voltaine in collaboration with AI.
