Description

White Space kids creative squad structure, based on cooperative game theory is designed to incentives collaboration and mutual support in the common effort to build our "brave new world". World that aims at putting creative minds on the top of the social hierarchy or at least this is what the adults told us. We cooperated a lot within the squads and between squads, but nothing could make us escape the competitive nature of human brain. Karen Karel was a bright example of unhealthy competition, with her constant greed for leadership and control. I can't deny she was the first to came up with outstanding structures like the green self-replicating autonomous square block, but every other member of the moulding squat had their brilliant creations. Michael was like a hologram DJ creating multiple structures simultaneously in a crazy rhythm, building layer after layer like he was playing drum&base beets. Tania was a light and shadow magician that seemed to make even the the monochrome blue models look colorful. The little Raphael was such a creative prodigy coming up with the most perspective ideas, but sadly leaving them a bit unfinished. Astra could go in that ultra concentrated state of mind going deeper and deeper into the details letting her energy grow structures like flowers. Changpeng was the master of pyramids. He could build and destroy them with astonishing ease. He was always saying that there is not a pyramid too big to build. Misan was doing something unseen capturing emotions and engraving them into the holographic paths of his creations. Remarkable boy! Kids loved building! They were given the freedom to play or create as much as they want like they had all the power in their hands, but did they... The constant observations, assessment and strange game rules that were making everybody so competitive and dedicated to working as fast as possible seemed a bit odd. Nobody was asking open questions, but I heard about these secret meetings that some kids from the inspiration squad were making and I am determined to joint them. Yoko. day 133 after landing.
