Glb, 1.4MB, 2023. ---------------- ⓘ are five information panels placed in the Brialmont park in Antwerp (Belgium) from July through December 2021. Instead of providing information on the park, the panels display ‘infographics’ on The Plot, a former family forest about 100km to the East, that fell victim to climatological and ecological circumstances in the Autumn of 2019. Each panel has its own QR code, leading to five different webpages containing additional information on The Plot and its Nememis, Ips typographus. 'The Compositor' explains the process of turning a bark beetle tunnel pattern into audio. The resulting lament is accessed by scanning the QR code. The audio file was made in a limited edition vinyl record.
